Coastal Home Inspection Services is a locally owned Residential Home Inspection Company.  We specialize in "Low Country" homes and operate in Beaufort County and surrounding communities.  During the inspection, we strictly adhere to the SC Standards of Practice (adopted from
ASHI standards of practice) to provide you with the best Home Inspection in the industry.


Inspected properties include residential Single-family Homes, Townhomes, Villas, and Condominiums. 

The inspection process includes a comprehensive review, description, and evaluation of all systems and components of the home on the day of the inspection. 

Clients are provided with a detailed report outlining the inspection findings in a comprehensive yet easy to read format supported with thorough explanations and color digital photographs of any suspect areas.
